Job Title: Sr. Manager (Strategy) – SKH group

Location: India

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our fast-paced auto ancillary company. This role will be critical in driving strategic restructuring of the holding company, managing joint venture initiatives, evaluating acquisition/divestment opportunities, and preparing the company for eventual public market entry.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Acquisition/Divestment Opportunities:

  • Lead and support strategic acquisition and divestment initiatives across the Group.

  • Evaluate and manage M&A opportunities, coordinating due diligence and stakeholder alignment.

 

Restructuring Projects:

  • Manage restructuring projects including strategic consolidation efforts.

  • Oversee the corporate restructuring to ensure consolidation at the holding company level, thereby establishing a structure that is market ready.


 

IPO Readiness & Capital Markets Strategy:

  • Drive initiatives to prepare the Group for future listing plans and capital market interactions.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including investment bankers, legal and tax advisors, and auditors) to ensure IPO and regulatory readiness.

  • Support financial modeling, governance, documentation, and roadshow-related activities when required.

 

Joint Venture Initiatives:

  • Become the end-to-end process owner of the joint venture lifecycle, from ideation to the signing of JV agreements.

  • Spearhead new ventures and strategic partnerships, coordinating with various departments such as legal, finance, and market intelligence function to execute different stages of the strategic partnership.


 


 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred.


 

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or corporate finance.

  • Proven experience in corporate restructuring and managing cross-functional projects.

  • Proficiency in valuations, understanding financial statements and a solid understanding of capital markets.
